Donations to Kesem are non-refundable.

Under special circumstances, Kesem may consider refunding a donor’s contribution upon legal review, ensuring that none of the following conditions apply:

• The donation has already been used in support of Kesem's mission;
• Returning the donation would significantly and negatively impact the financial health of the organization;
• Kesem has agreed and is able to use the donation according to the donor's intent or gift agreement.

Gifts made to specific Kesem programs will be designated to the program or the Kesem chapter indicated. At the discretion of Kesem's national leadership and Board of Directors, these gifts may be redirected to support the organization's growth and broader mission.
